Our CompanyThe innovative family owned company was established in 1969 and is characterized by continuous growth. BOCK is managed by the proprietor Hermann Bock. Our head office and our development company are located in Postbauer-Heng on a site of 80,500 sqm. We are also recognized as a training centre for BOCK’s own junior staff.
With establishments in Thuringia respectively production facilities overseas (Hungary, USA, China) we are able to guarantee competitive advantages at the highest stage for a long term.
Since 1995 we are a DIN EN ISO 9001 accredited company. The re-certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 has also been done successfully.
For environment protection we don't handle PVC; in the same way we recycle and process our plastic scraps.
A comprehensive sprinkler system in all buildings ensures that we can safely store customer's tools and products.

BOCK 1 und BOCK 3
The BOCK headquarters are located in Postbauer-Heng with development, tool factory, logistics, aluminium die casting and plastic processing. |

BOCK 2
After East and West Germany were united, BOCK acquired a second factory in Thuringia, located in the former East Germany. With hard work and investment, the factory has been transformed from a dilapidated building into a highly advanced facility specialiised on injection moulding, cold cure foam production and assembling. |

SKS
Some time ago, BOCK acquired a share of this tool factory located in Hungary. While SKS does work on the open market, a majority of the tools they manufacture are for BOCK. |

BOCK HUNGARIA
This subsidiary company has been founded in 2002. On a 2500 square metre site we rework and refine aluminium. In addition the company has various lines for assembling (mechanisms, armrests and many more) and also a foam department and due to the cost effective nature of this site Bock can ensure their long-term competitiveness and also a high level of quality. |

Bock 5
In 2007 we established Bock 5 Kft. on the premises of Bock Hungaria. Bock 5 carry out the daily in-house traffic between our German and Hungarian plants with their own fleet. Moreover, there are four high-tech foaming equipments as well as an upholstery department on a 2.000 m² area.

BOCK Far East Pte. Ltd
was established in 2004 as a development and logistic office in Singapore. Among others their job is the support of the tool and parts procurement in Asia. Our negotiations with the Asian suppliers are not impaired by language and culture barriers. |

BOCK China Limited
2009 – Our two subsidiary companies YIFEN and BOC China have merged to one company. BOCK China Limited is the new name for YIFEN which was established in 2005, and BOC China which was established in 2006.
Since 2005 this production site in China enabled us to produce aluminium die-cast parts more cost-efficiently. Qualified employees for raw parts treatment and polishing guarantee a constant quality and premium products. Furthermore BOCK China Limited provides surface-refining by blasting.

Bock PPL
In August 2007 we have acquired the Canadian company PPL, close to Toronto. Our production in Monroe/Connecticut has been relocated to Canada. Bock PPL has a new high-tech and up-to-date plastic processing production with more than 30 injection moulding machines, as well as a cold cure foam equipment. Hence we are able to supply our local customers promptly and efficiently.
